We’re thrilled to announce that Chassi has successfully completed a SOC 2 Type II audit, building on our previous completion of a SOC 2 Type I audit. Maintaining our customers’ trust in our data privacy and security procedures is one of our top priorities. So, this achievement continues to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to providing secure and reliable operations for our customers.
What is SOC 2?
A SOC 2 audit is an industry-standard assessment of a company’s controls over security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. It’s designed to ensure that service providers have adequate controls to protect customer data and maintain the integrity of their systems.
How is SOC 2 compliance determined?
We engaged an independent third-party auditing firm to conduct our SOC 2 Type I and Type II audits. During the SOC 2 Type I engagement, auditors determined if we had controls and processes that fulfilled the elected criteria implemented by a specific date. To achieve the SOC 2 Type II compliance, we had to demonstrate the effectiveness of our controls and processes over a three month period. Auditors thoroughly tested our organizational controls and looked for exceptions — or inconsistencies — between what we reported and their findings.

At Chassi, we understand that our customers trust us to handle their client’s valuable data safely and responsibly. Achieving SOC 2 Type II, in addition to our SOC 2 Type I compliance, demonstrates our unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest security and compliance standards.
This certification assures our customers that we have adequate controls in place to protect their client’s data and maintain the integrity of our systems. Moving forward, we’ll continue to be transparent about our processes and continuously improve our security measures to stay ahead of evolving threats.
