With our latest release, we’re changing the way companies conduct continuous improvement.
You can now discover processes, identify automation opportunities, and measure performance in under a day.
“We’re demystifying continuous improvement,” says Andrew Zwerner, Chassi’s CEO. “It used to take weeks, if not months, to discover processes and understand where to focus improvement efforts. And that whole time, you never knew how reliable or accurate the data was.”
We still automatically and objectively visualize processes and tie them to performance metrics, but now it all happens in less than a day. Using live data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, we uncover a company’s as-is processes, bottlenecks, wasted work, and how employees use the system.
Armed with these insights, you’ll know exactly where to start improving processes to achieve the greatest ROI.
You could install Chassi on a Friday, enjoy your weekend, and come back Monday morning to uncover bottlenecks, opportunities for improvement, and a deep understanding of process performance.
What’s new in the app?
In addition to the automatic process and performance analysis, we recently added features specifically to help you easily know where to start finding improvements:
At A Glance
- See a summary of how a process is performing, how long each step takes, and where bottlenecks slow things down right when you log in.
Distributions
- Automatically see outliers and know where to dig in to find process improvement gold.
Work Analysis
- Understand which fields change the most, cause the most rework in the process, and could be automated to increase efficiency.
Plus, Chassi now allows users to export reports to CSV files, so you can easily add these insights to executive reports, decks, or client presentations.
A new way to improve continuously
Knowing where to start isn’t where Chassi ends.
Within those 24 hours, we stream historical data from the past three months to create instant benchmarks to measure against moving forward. This also allows users to identify trends and catch issues before they become costly.
“Imagine being able to call up a client and say you’ve found something they didn’t even know was broken,” Zwerner says. “It’s going to change the way consultants provide value for their clients.”
Try it for free
And through the month of September, we’re inviting NetSuite Alliance Partners, NetSuite Solutions Providers, and finance advisory consultants with NetSuite clients to try the app for free.
“We’ve been told it sounds too good to be true, so we want to give people the chance to try Chassi for themselves,” Zwerner says.
This trial will take the form of a Quote to Cash Health Check, focusing on improvement opportunities in AR processes.
“Increasing efficiency in the Q2C process is where any company should start improving,” Zwerner says. “Especially in this macro environment, bringing cash in faster and making it last longer is the number one priority.”
