We may be biased, but we were blown away by the dialogue during Chassi’s first Full Circle Conversation on Thursday, September 24.
We’re grateful to everyone who joined and contributed. There were so many great nuggets to take away, like these:
- Step One: Andrew Zwerner reminded the group of one of the first things needed to become a great leader when he said, “Before you lead, you need to learn how to be led.”
- The Refrigerator Rule: Ed McLaughlin shared one of the rules he lives by, which is to imagine what your mom would put up on the refrigerator to guide the choices you make.
- Patience Is Key: Jim Wrbanek encouraged leaders to slow down and give you team the time to learn and grow.
We couldn’t begin to capture all of the wisdom and insight shared during the hour, so we’ve included a recording of the whole conversation for those who want to rewatch or anyone who may have missed it.
Our next conversation, Buying Into Visibility: How to Scale Your Operations for the Opportunities You Want, is coming up on October 15th. We’d love to see you there, so RSVP today.
